the huge windows you have a great view of the harbour and of the cliffs
with the 199 steps winding up towards St Mary's church and Whitby Abbey.

The Moon and Sixpence serves a superb range of drinks, including an
excellent range of chilled champagnes, beers and wines from around the
world and fruit juices. If you fancy something special then why not try
one of their many cocktails prepared by their trained bartenders. The
Moon and Sixpence also serve a wide variety of 'Illy' coffees and tea.
The menu at the Moon and Sixpence reflects the seasons nicely and you
can enjoy fresh Whitby seafood, game and meat, with options for
vegetarians included too. They also serve fresh Colchester oysters on
crushed ice with lemon, Tabasco sauce and homemade shallot vinaigrette.
